A great way to have a product to sell on the internet is an e-book which almost anyone can create. If you just read the following ‘pointers’ you can be up and running compiling your own in no time. There isn’t any reason why you have to write it yourself because they are many people online who can do the writing for you or assist you with things you are unsure of.

The topic for your e-book should come from research carried out in articles you have written, possibly on a subject you have knowledge about. Single articles are an easy place to start and they can also be sued to market your book before you have even completed it. This is a simple process whereby the promotional articles are sent to directories for insertion; the number of views they get will provide a good indication just how much interest there is in the subject.

Writing the articles should help you work out in your head just how you want the e-book to look when it is complete. Books generally follow a familiar structure of: introduction, main subject content and a conclusion but it is becoming very common to see an additional section on resources. Consider writing several more articles as a bonus because adding this as a bonus will enhance your sales.

Once each article is written, place it into the e-book so you will have a better idea of how long it will be. There is less room for error with e-books and no room for unnecessary information to clutter them so don’t make it longer than about 50 to 60 pages. Because it’s more difficult to read on your computer screen than on the page, ensure that there’s no information that essentially useless to your reader.

Most e-books contain extra or bonus information collected by the author; be on the look-out for this so you can provide some too. This can be some additional articles you have written to another short report. Any extra material you supply will need to be worthwhile on its own and be related to your e-book subject
